02 Choose your format

You decide what kind of support feels right for you — single session or long-term. 

03 Work together

Sessions are 1:1, 90 minutes, usually online and fully confidential.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION

Coaching works by slowing things down and looking at the bigger picture. 

In 1:1 sessions we'll take a look at the patterns, the context, and everything that surrounds it. I'll ask questions you might not have thought to ask yourself to help you find your own clarity.

Unlike therapy, coaching focuses less on healing the past and more on helping you navigate the present and shape what comes next.

Sessions have a gentle structure that allows to move things forward, without it feeling rigid. You always set the direction.
